Homework due Wednesday 10/16

NOTE: Unless using it to work on missing/late assignments during the school day, you do NOT need to bring your Pre-AP readers this week.

Assignment 1 of 4:
Complete the single paragraph outline for your next CEL paragraph (on gothic elements in "Desirée's Baby").  Come to class with this outline fully finished.

If I did not give approval for your choice of gothic elements by the end of class, you may want to email me your picks so we can talk about whether those will help you write a strong paragraph.

You are also welcome to email me your choice of quotes for feedback on them before Wednesday.

Assignment 2 of 4 (ongoing):
Once your outline for your "Desirée's Baby" CEL paragraph is done, begin typing a rough draft in Google Docs.

You will be turning this draft in on Google Classroom at the end of Wednesday's class.

Assignment 3 of 4 (ongoing):
Complete any late work specifically for the 10-week grading period (which ends Wednesday for me).

Graphic Organizers for "Bread" (don't forget the exit tickets on the back) and "What Happened During the Ice Storm"

"Decoding the Problem" graphic organizer for FDR's First Inaugural Address
