WRITING SMART Workshop

Improve your Grammar, Writing & Vocabulary. These skills will help you do better in ALL your classes, SAT tests, College Applications, Everyday Communication, and you will become more competitive in life overall!! Space is limited so SIGN UP TODAY!

Open to Fulfillment Fund Students in ALL grade levels.

Space is limited and based on a first come first serve basis.

This course will cover the basics of Grammar, Writing and Vocabulary to be applied to both everyday academics and standardized tests taking skills. In the Grammar portion of the class, we will cover not only the basic parts of speech and grammar mechanics, but also how those basics will apply to and be used on tests like the PSAT, SAT and ACE. Vocabulary will help with some tests but it will really strengthen your communication skills and improve your writing habits. All of the Grammar and Vocabulary basics come together to apply towards your general writing abilities and comfort level - as the more you are comfortable writing, the better you become at it! The basic writing skills you will learn will apply to any written communication -essays, standardized tests, college application - you name it!

Saturdays, Jan. 16, 23, 30, Feb. 6 (from 10am-2pm)
